You have successfully locked in your family photo session !

Here’s everything you need to know to make Sunday smooth and photo-ready.

1 · Your Slot

• Date: Sunday 18, Graduation Day
• Time: (arrive at least 5 min early for check-in)
• Duration: 10-minute guided session

2 · Meet-Up Point

• Location: Walkway in front of Linderman Library main steps
• Look for my light-stand and make sure to stand behind the photographer!
• A visual way finding map will be provided before the day.

3 · What to Bring / Wear

• Cap & gown or dressy outfit your choice.

4 · Weather Plan

Forecast looks good, but if heavy rain hits we’ll email an update by noon.

• Light drizzle: shoot continues (photographers discretion).
• Rain/Inclement Weather (photographers discretion): 50 % refund guaranteed.

5 · Parking & Flow

• Closest lots: Alumni Memorial Garage or Zoellner Garage (5-7 min walk).
• Leave extra time: the main campus may be busy after the ceremony.

6 · After the Shoot

• Photo Gallery link sent to email used to book after the shoot. Selecting the photos you'd like to be edited must be made by 12am Sunday night or it'll be up to photographers discretion.
• Proofing & edits all done within 24 hours.
